Should have known it couldn’t be that easy — USDA approved vet on Monday, pickup international health form on Tuesday, drive to Long Beach for Panamanian consulate stamp on the dog’s travel forms today… Turns out there is an another step in there. Found that out as we were standing in the consulate offices in Long Beach at 10:45 a.m. We need a USDA stamp on the international health form. That requires a trip to the USDA offices in El Segundo, and they stop stamping at 11 a.m.
